Register is an Italian company, let that be clear, says Tiziano Viviani. At Register, it’s about substance, not appearance. They don’t care much for suits at Register; they dislike a formal look. Getting the job done, that’s what it’s all about. And that is precisely the reason why they’ve been working with Ynvolve for more than five years. Although it could have been different, says Tiziano: ‘I think the people at Ynvolve found us via LinkedIn. I have no idea actually, but we received emails from them at some point. Spam, we thought, but when we ran into problems with one of our legacy suppliers, we decided to give them a chance. They were the right company at the right moment. Also, because their pricing was good, but honestly, that was not the most important thing for us. We are a hosting company and have been around for more than twenty years. So we’re looking for rock-solid partners. Companies that know what they are doing. To check whether Ynvolve fit the bill, we gave them a small order. Everything arrived. On time. This was no joke, no spam. Since then, we’ve been in business. They do more than deliver goods; Ynvolve also assists us with local support. Mind you, our headquarters is in Florence, but our data centers are located in Milan and Reading, near London. It is quite complicated and expensive for us to ‘simply’ adjust or change something. So we’re always on the lookout for companies that can support us. And even though Ynvolve is Dutch, they have many local contacts in foreign countries: their reach is practically global. Even in Milan, also in Reading. That’s how we started our cooperation. Of course, not everything ran smoothly at the beginning. However, when faced with a problem, they not only went the extra mile to solve it but also made sure that the problem wouldn’t surface again. That is very important for us. One of the main reasons we work with Ynvolve. We aren’t perfect either, you know. Even we make mistakes. Every day. But how you solve those issues, that’s what it’s all about.’
