It’s been a few years since Judd Lindvall moved to Minnesota, but he and his wife still go out to restaurants that operate in a more ‘Dutch’ way.

Places where they don’t present the bill two seconds after you’ve swallowed your dessert, where they take time to serve you. Where you can stay around for a while if you feel like it. Judd thinks it’s fantastic, that such things simply happen in the Netherlands, the country where they both lived for two years, after he’d accepted a job at Ynvolve in 2015. Just like the fact that everybody is on a bicycle. And the fact that his employer more or less forced him to take a holiday. That doesn’t happen often in an American company.

He did know Ynvolve from earlier years, when he worked for a supplier in the States, but he wanted a change of scenery. And why not at a company with which he’d been doing business for quite some time? A business that made a difference compared to other companies in our industry.

When you sell products that are not very special as such, you have to make a difference. You have to come up with creative solutions, be smarter than the others, more motivated than the rest. That’s what they did at Ynvolve and it attracted Judd. So much so that, living in America again and working for a different company, he still is engaged in business with Ynvolve. He also conducts business with other companies, but the connection with Ynvolve continues.
